Tips for iPhone users

  • If the Amazon app on your iPhone isn’t working, look for it on your Home Screen and touch it repeatedly until it starts working. App users may have noticed that the app has begun to show certain animations in their apps.
  • The top-left corner of your phone will now display a cross icon. When prompted, click on the Delete option after pressing the button.
  • To find Amazon in the App Store, simply put the name of the retailer into the search field.
  • Wait a few seconds and then click on Install.
  • Afterward, you’ll have to open the app and check if the problem persists.
  • Log in to Amazon and start browsing products if the program is operating properly now.
